In the event of an unanticipated problem, our support staff is notified immediately, allowing them to rectify the problem immediately.
Managed backups, provided through System Center Data Protection Manager, guarantee that customer data is stored on redundant storage systems. Should data integrity issues arise, our staff can help customers painlessly restore previously backed up data. |

Dedicated Server Plans
With a dedicated Server, the customer runs his own piece of physical hardware in our Racks.
The Hardware will be build personaly for each customer and we will make a 48 hour testrun, to ensure the superb quality of the hardware.

Contract Basics
- Contract Runtime minimum 1 Month.
- The customer has to pay within the first 5 Workdays of a month his fees or the Server will be switched of and all data can be deleted.
- The customer is fully responsible for the content of his server.
- Content which is not allowed in the European Comunity will be shut down without further notice.
- Payments can be done via Magic-Gold VPS (must have a PIV Status) or International Bank Transfer.
